We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a return or refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the eligibility criteria and process for returns and refunds.

Returns and Replacement

We offer hassle-free returns and replacement within 7 [seven] days from the date of delivery.

Whats Allowed

  • Defective product delivered - Manufacturing, workmanship and material defects that obstructs the Buyer from the planned use of the product (e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening, etc). Please note that the appearance or texture for solid wood, marble, epoxy products are the natural characteristics of the material used, and are not considered as defects.
  • Damaged or Missing products - Damaged, incomplete products, or missing components, highlighted at the time of delivery or assembly while unboxing of product with complete and clear video. Please note that such claims are to be highlighted during the time of delivery or assembly and within 24 hours of Delivery.
  • Variation in product – If the product delivered to you is different in color, shape or dimension from the items image and description, as shown to you on the platform. Please note that there can be minimal variation in color and finish of the products sold from time to time. It can also be due to the products made from natural ingredients which formulate its unique shape, form, texture, color. There can also be a minimal acceptable variation in shape and dimension of up to 20 mm.
  • Not Functional - If the product delivered to you is dead on arrival. Please note that LED and Electrical Components are not covered for Refund. On case to case basis the Company may offer Replacement or Repair.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, or replacement the item -

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The request is initiated within the specified period of 7 (seven) days from the delivery date.
  • The item must be a standard product from our catalog and not a custom-made or personalized item.

How to Initiate

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return or replacement. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable. Please note that the product needs to be packed in the same box and in a manner that its not damaged while in transit on return. The return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of return received for the refund to be reflected in your source account.

Exclusions

There are certain situations where returns or refunds may not be accepted:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items that are not in their original packaging.
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers or resellers.
  • Items that I dont require or like.
  • Items used other than the sole purpose of residential usage.
  • Relocation or Re-assembly services and damage due to the same.
  • Items that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly by the customer.
  • Wall mounting installation services are not offered by platform and therefore, return requests because of the customer’s inability to get the product wall-mounted will not be processed. On case-to-case basis we will be happy to arrange engineer at customer door-step at the cost of customer.
